Authority must, without delay, inform those who make use of its information resources if a disruption affecting the authority’s information management prevents or threatens to prevent the availability of those information resources. The notification must include the following information:
a) The estimated duration of the disruption or the threat thereof.
b) Any alternative means of accessing or using the authority’s information resources, if such means are available.
c) When the disruption or threat has ended.
The authority must comply with the instructions issued to the public concerning service interruptions of digital services and other electronic data transmission methods, as provided in section 4(2) of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).
