Task description

Security contact point for critical infrastructure

The organization, as a critical infrastructure operator, should designate a security contact point.

The security contact point acts as a central liaison for all security and infrastructure protection matters with these authorities. It is crucial that the security contact point is available at all times to respond to security-related communications and incidents.

If an existing security contact point already fulfills these responsibilities under other national or international provisions, their contact details should be communicated to the sectoral authority accordingly.
