Following each top management review of the AI Management System (AIMS), the organization must formally document the results and decisions made during the meeting.
The documented information (e.g., meeting minutes) must, at a minimum, record all decisions made regarding:
- Opportunities for the continual improvement of the AIMS.
- Any required changes or modifications to the AIMS, including changes to policies, processes, or resource allocation.
This record serves as evidence that the management review was conducted and provides the official authorization and action items for any follow-up activities and improvements.
