The organization must establish a permanent 24/7 available point of contact (PoC), which can be an individual or a team, responsible for all official communication with the competent cybersecurity authority (CNCS). The organisation shall report any changes to CNCS immediately.
The details of this PoC must be formally registered with the CNCS within the legally mandated deadlines.
This involves defining and communicating the name(s) of the person or team, along with their primary and alternative means of contact, to the CNCS within 20 working days of becoming subject to this law. The communication must follow the format specified in the relevant CNCS regulation.
