Establish and implement documented processes to retain, back up and maintain all required records generated by the Interactive Gaming System.
Record maintenance shall cover, as applicable:
- Operational gaming records, including game play data, game themes/paytables, contests or tournaments, incentives and jackpots
- Player-related records, including player accounts and associated transactions
- System and access records, including user access information, time stamping, data retention mechanisms and significant event logs
All required records shall be retained for a minimum of five years or for a longer period where required by the regulatory body. These records must remain accessible for audit, regulatory review and verification purposes, and evidence of record retention and backup practices shall be maintained.
