The Cybersicherheitsverordnung (CSV) or Cybersecurity Ordinance is a Swiss regulation that details the implementation of the Information Security Act (ISG) concerning cybersecurity. It mandates the reporting of cyberattacks on critical infrastructure to the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
The CSV defines the scope of the reporting obligation, exceptions, required content, and procedures for reporting, and it aims to strengthen Switzerland's cyber strategy by improving information exchange and prevention. It also defines the roles of the NCSC and the National Cyber Strategy Steering Committee.
