The Cyberday team is thrilled to announce that we have been recognized as one of Finland's fastest-growing technology companies, placing 33rd on the prestigious Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list.
The annual Fast 50 awards rank Finland's most rapidly growing tech companies based on revenue growth over the last four years. Being included is a significant honor, and it prompted our team to reflect on our long-term success.
In this post, we want to share some of the key insights from the awards ceremony and explore what we believe makes sustainable growth possible.
What makes a company grow?
The awards ceremony was filled with insightful discussions and speeches, all centered on one key question: what is the "secret sauce" for rapid, sustainable growth?
Two main themes emerged from nearly every conversation:
1. Problem-solving and timing
The clearest pattern was that fast-growing companies are focused on solving important problems that matter to people right now.
A perfect example was this year's overall winner. They are developing new battery solutions to tackle the huge challenge of energy storage. Since this is such a critical issue, their growth is happening because they are offering a solution the world really needs.
2. A great team is built to last
A good idea can get you started, but a great team is what keeps you going. The Fast 50 list measures growth over four years, which is a marathon, not a sprint. You can't keep that pace for long without a strong and dedicated team.
Having a positive company culture where people work well together and keep customers happy is what truly builds success for the long run.
Our growth story: Solving the regulatory challenge
Reflecting on these themes, we see Cyberday's story clearly.
Our market momentum comes from a challenge our customers face every day: the growing wave of regulation in Europe. From NIS2 to DORA and beyond, many organizations are struggling to develop their business in this complex environment.
This challenge has been our inspiration. It drives us to make compliance and cybersecurity management easier, more cost-efficient, and faster for organizations to get results.
But the "why" behind our growth is our people. We believe our success is a direct result of two things:
- Great feedback from customer support.
- A strong team spirit that is visible all the way to our customers.
This is the core of our growth story.
Growth is evidence, not the goal
For us, growth itself has never been the primary goal. We see it as evidence that we are doing something right and that our work has a positive effect on the environment we work in.
This achievement validates our mission, and we're inspired to push it further. We are continuing to build on our work from the last four years and will be releasing even more AI agents in the coming months to help our customers navigate their compliance story more easily.

This recognition from Deloitte is a milestone we're incredibly proud of, and it belongs to our entire team and our amazing customers who trust us with their cybersecurity journey.
