Restricting admin users' access to client data

As a rule, all main users and information system specialists do not have the right to access client data, regardless of where the client data is located.

An exception to this is the investigation of error situations related to local registers, where main users and information system specialists have the right to inspect and correct data belonging to their own organization or the organization on whose behalf they are acting during the investigation.

The organization must describe the practices for investigating error situations.
