Dashboard

The dashboard is the main view in Cyberday and the first view you see when opening the management system. This view is designed to give you a quick overview of everything important in Cyberday.

At the top of the dashboard are the Framework cards, which display your current compliance score and progress over time, which highlights the work done towards your compliance goals. Pressing the Improve compliance button on these cards will take you to the Compliance view of the respective framework and on top of the framework cards you can edit your active frameworks.

Below the framework cards are Workflow cards, which are an organised collection of topics important to your compliance. Each workflow contains all the important work items for each topic, so you always know what to continue with on in that topic, and can manage compliance one topic at a time. You can read more about workflows here.

For each workflow on the dashboard you can also see its status. Visible through indicators whether a workflow is on track, check in needed (meaning some revision is necessary to maintain the workflow), or fix needed, meaning that the workflow has encountered some blocker (e.g. the review of an item is overdue).

Both the frameworks and the workflows can also be accessed easily through the left navigation bar, where the workflows are separated into basic and advanced workflows. Also present on the left navigation bar are pages relating to general configurations, reporting, community and files (where the document import tool is found). Additionally, the full management system view is present on the left navigation bar, which is a dashboard view that sorts the content by themes, rather than workflows (this used to be the 'old' dashboard). Under the full management system header you can also find the full lists for all documentation items, tasks and guidelines. Read more about the full management system view here.
