At Cyberday, innovation and continuous improvement isn’t something that happens in the background. It’s something we share, plan, and shape together as a team.
This August, we gathered for the first (and propably not the last) Cyberday AInnovation Seminar and dedicated a full day to exploring how our work today connects to the future of information security. It was a day designed not just to present done projects, but to reflect, challenge ourselves, get insights and look ahead to what comes next.

Why days like this matter
In the middle of everyday deadlines and routines, it’s easy to stay focused only on the next task at hand. Internal seminar days break that rhythm, giving the chance to step back and see the bigger picture, connecting the dots between different projects and teams.
They help us connect the dots between projects, hear perspectives we might otherwise miss, and share knowledge that strengthens our culture. Most importantly, they remind us of the purpose behind what we do and give us fresh energy to keep moving forward.
Building the Foundation for Smarter Compliance
Cybersecurity and compliance in EU are only getting more complex. That’s why much of our work focuses on building a solid foundation:
- A comprehensive framework library to meet evolving requirements
- Smarter tools that automate and clarify compliance work
These are enablers that help organizations achieve provable compliance with less manual work and more confidence.

AI and the future of security work
One of the biggest shifts we explored was the evolving role of AI in information security. During the seminar, we shared customer insights about rising expectations and revealed our own progress on building AI-enhanced tools.
Our goal is to amplify expertise, not replace it. We're finding ways to work faster, more intelligently, and with greater clarity in the compliance journey.
From Idea to Impact: Start of something new?
A big part of the day was devoted to showcasing the work done by our talent team, a group of talented information security students who joined our team in spring.
What began as a idea during the spring turned into something much bigger. Over the course of the summer, the project evolved step by step. The teams explored complex topics, tackled real challenges, and contributed to forward-thinking solutions that will continue to live on within Cyberday long after the summer ends.
We reflected together on what was built, what was learned, and how the ideas and creativity of the summer are already shaping our future direction.
Although the summer project is reaching a natural transition point, it isn’t really ending. Instead, it’s transforming, as we are taking the momentum and creativity of the summer and shaping it into something that will continue to live on within Cyberday.
From Foundations to Future
Other part of the day focused on how we can grow, expand, and prepare for the future. The seminar brought together marketing, sales, product development, and leadership to align on where we’re going next. We explored why strong partnerships matter and looked at marketing at scale and dug into sales opportunities and tools that open new pathways. We explored the roadmap to product success and even got to see new features that will hopefully see the light of day soon. ⭐️
Overall the day reminded us that innovation is about both new ideas and turning them into impact. Growth happens when partnerships, customers, and technology come together with a clear vision of where we’re going. Each theme reminded us that innovation doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s the combination of customer voices, bold challenges, teamwork, and long-term vision that drives progress.
Looking ahead
With the Cyberday Innovation Seminar, we wrapped up the summer, got the teams together, and built continuity. The ideas and energy from this day will fuel what comes next: better tools, smarter compliance, stronger idealogy, and an even more dynamic culture.
Innovation doesn’t stop at an event. But days like this give us the clarity and courage to keep innovating together.
