Guidebook is the view in Cyberday that's designed for all employees. We wanted to clarify the user experience in Guidebook improve its usability. Along with this update we changed e.g. following things:
- Training content (e.g. case examples, if turned on) is read in its own modal window, which focuses the reader's attention better
- The Guidebook itself always shows the guideline contents in the main area
- There is a search on top of the Guidebook that makes it easier to find the needed guideline if you accumulate more content
- The left menu shows more clearly in which parts the employee has pending guidelines to read
- Each theme in the Guidebook includes its own "Read Now" shortcut, from which the employee can access a reading view that provides him or her with all the unread guidelines on this theme - one after another.
