You can now, if you wish, enable employees to inform admins of security incidents through the Guidebook view.
You will find a new section "Employee actions on Guidebook" on the Settings page. Here you can turn this feature on if you want. A link appears in the upper left corner of the Guidebook, through which a short workflow for reporting an incident begins.
The owner selected for the "Security incidents" documentation list receives a notification of new incidents, after which he can process the matter further.
