In Cyberday, you can edit multiple items at once in several different list views. Bulk editing is useful when you want to make the same change to many items in one go, for example, in documents or other list-managed content.

Selecting multiple items
- Open the list view where you want to perform bulk editing.
- Click “Select multiple” in the top-right corner.
- Choose the items you want by clicking their rows in the list.
- Once at least one item is selected, a bulk-editing action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
On the left side of the action bar, you’ll see how many items are selected, for example “1 selected out of 1311 items.”

Actions available from the action bar
When the action bar is visible, you can apply the following actions to all selected items at once:
- Clear selections
Removes all selections and exits bulk editing. - Change status
Updates the status of the selected items in one step (e.g., draft / completed / archived, depending on the view’s status model). - Set due date
Assigns a common due date to the selected items. - Set priority
Defines the same priority for all selected items. - Delete
Deletes all selected items.
Note: Deletion is usually permanent. Check your selections before confirming.
Tips for smooth use
- Update in groups: Select all items that need the same change at once.
- Make changes in sequence: After selecting items, you can set the owner, due date, and priority one after another.
- Undo quickly: If you selected the wrong items, Clear selections resets everything immediately.
Things to note
- Bulk-editing options appear only when at least one item is selected.
- The available actions may vary depending on the type of list view.
