Katseluyhteyden avaaminen viranomaiselle

23 §

The organization maintains documentation of interfaces and other connections between data system and the data transmission methods used in the interfaces.

The documentation concerning the interfaces shall be reviewed regularly and after significant changes to data systems.

Viranomainen voi avata katseluyhteyden toiselle viranomaiselle sellaisiin tietoihin, joihin katseluoikeuden saavalla viranomaisella on tiedonsaantioikeus. Katseluyhteyden suhteen tulee:

yhteyden rajoittua yksittäisiin hakuihin, jotka voivat kohdistua vain tiedonsaantioikeuden mukaisiin tietoihin
tietojen hakemisen yhteydessä selvittää tietojen käyttötarkoitus
tunnistaa automaattisesti poikkeava tietojen hakeminen
